Welcome to our 2020 Newtrition Challenge! This challenge will teach you what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it! At 2024 we want to keep things as simple as possible to make your life less stressful.
As we all know, Nutrition is the key component to reaching all of your health, performance, and vanity goals. This is the foundation. Without proper nutrition habits, you will constantly be fighting an uphill battle toward your goals. Over the next 10 weeks you will build new habits and take practical steps in your daily life that will skyrocket your fitness results, health markers, and your energy.
Here’s the basics: Eat real food, not too much, mostly vegetables.
