WOD – 20.1 retest

Notes: Retesting 20.1 but with a few changes. Instead of bar facing burpees today, we will be doing burpee over bar depending on class size as well as extending the cap to 18 minutes instead of 15. This will allow you all to push a little longer in the workout and get some extra fitness in.
