As mentioned in our latest video, today we start prep for the 2018 CrossFit Games Open! We will be doing a strength cycle along with our normal Metcon for 5 weeks. After the 5 weeks we will be moving into a more high volume skill work practice before the WOD’s to prep our skills for the Open.
