Chia Coconut Pudding

Chia Coconut Pudding:

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup coconut milk

1 packet Stevia

Pinch of salt

* Add other flavors to taste. Whatever flavors you’d like… fruit, cocoa powder, etc. *

** Nuts would be added upon serving. They won’t create that pudding consistency if you let it set **


Place ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Refrigerate for 2 up to 24 hours or until it thickens throughout. Will make 2-3 servings.
