Free Yoga For Valentine’s | February 13th 2020

Hey everyone! So in celebration of Valentine’s Day this week we’re switching things up a bit! We thought it would be fun to open up this weeks Yoga class to our loved ones ♥

This week specifically draws our focus back on love, and we thought it would be a great little date night for our members to bring their loved ones, gal pals, partners or friends for a night of FREE yoga.

The flow of class will be much of the same, which is great for all levels. A basic flow targeting muscle groups we use everyday. Focus is on lengthening the body in order to increase mobility. The class is a mix between a vinyasa flow and yin deep stretching. Every single person who has come to this class always leaves feeling better than when they first arrived. You don’t want to miss it ♥

Our talented Andrea Mee will have a delightful, and no doubt crowd favored, LOVE mix of musical genius waiting for everyone who joins ♥

No membership required to join in on the fun. We will just have you complete a waiver beforehand. All you’ll need is your yoga mat or towel, thats it! Yoga is from 7:30pm-8:30pm, immediately following our 6:30pm CrossFit class. Any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!
