March Athlete Of The Month – David

By: 0

Let’s hear it for our athlete of the month…. David!!!

David joined 2024 and officially started CrossFit 5 months ago. David is genuinely such an overall great guy and we are truly so fortunate to have him in our box family. He is currently training for the APD and we couldn’t think of a better place for him to train for those conditions than in CrossFit. David may seem quite on the outside, but he is always busting at the seams with all kinds of smiles… especially when he “accidentally” starts doing L-Sit Pullups without even trying 🙂 Our staff has noticed his dedication in making it to the box consistently and staying after class to do extra work, which in turn has paid off as he’s making awesome headway in his practice. Coach Jared recently said this about him, “I’ve personally seen a major change in David this last month. He’s coming in regularly, pushing himself super hard, and staying afterwards to work on his weaknesses. He also never complains and just does what he has to do to get his fitness in. It’s honestly inspired me to work harder myself as well.”

We absolutely love having you in our 2024 family David and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful gains in store for you! Keep it up!
