March Athlete of the Month- Kristen

By: 0

Let’s hear it for this month’s athlete of the month…. Kristen!!!

Kristen joined our family at the start of the year, but has made substantial growth in her CrossFit practice in just that short amount of time! No matter how long people have been working towards growing and reaching their goals, we absolutely LOVE seeing people soar! Some movements have come very naturally to her, while others she has fought tooth and nail to make incredible progress on! We have been so proud of Kristen’s dedication and competitive drive to persevere! Kristen not only works hard in the box, but each week she works hard to create both nutritious and delicious meals for her clients, as she is a very talented private chef.

We absolutely love having you in our 2024 family “K town” and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful gains 2019 has in store for you! Keep it up! 😀
