May Athlete of the Month – Casey
Let’s hear it for this month’s athlete of the month…. Casey!!!
Casey joined our family just a few short months ago, but has already made TREMENDOUS strides in his CrossFit practice! He had never CrossFitted before, but he already seems like a seasoned veteran in a lot of ways as Casey shows up consistently each day with a great attitude and a desire to grow in ALL areas (including his “weaknesses”) & prioritizes working on those areas EVERY SINGLE DAY. Casey is always looking for ways to better himself, he receives feedback from our staff extremely well while approaching each day as an opportunity to grow! Side note, Casey has what we would call a “growth mindset”… and it’s AWESOME! Everyone at the box enjoys Casey’s company and loves how he’s just dove straight in without hesitation! He’s even gotten some modeling job offers from his CrossFit exposure too! We absolutely love having you in our 2024 family “Casey-Burr” and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful gains 2019 has in store for you! Keep it up bud! 😀
