Yoga for the Everyday & CrossFit Athlete

Mixing yoga into your CrossFit routine is a perfect “ying” to a high-intensity “yang.” CrossFit 2024 is excited to start offering a monthly yoga class lead by our very own Andrea Mee. The class is great for all levels. A basic flow targeting muscle groups we use everyday. Focus is on lengthening the body in order to increase mobility. The class is a mix between a vinyasa flow and yin deep stretching.
