Our Classes

Take the leap in our classes. Whatever goals you have in mind, our talented coaches will pull out all the stops to push you past your boundaries and into your personal success zone. Don’t worry - every workout we do is totally scalable to your current fitness level. As your skills increase, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. Our CrossFit classes build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time. CrossFit is training for life, and as your skills and strength increase, you’ll notice everyday movements and activities in your life become easier and more fun.

  • Foundations

    Our Foundations program does exactly what its name implies: creates a solid foundation for new members so they can enter group classes with a basic technical understanding of our movements and exercise philosophy. Obviously this involves teaching people how to properly perform our most commonly used exercises in a safe and effective manner. 

    Our Foundations program consists of 4, one-on-one, hour long sessions with one of our highly knowledgeable coaches.  This will be a requirement to our members who are brand new to CrossFit. Athletes with prior CrossFit experience can test out of the Foundations program during their free intro session. 

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, increase mobility, or something else.

    A full session is 60 minutes of one-on-one attention from a coach, designed to be a complete session from warm-up and skill development to conditioning and cool-down stretching.

  • 30 Minute Skill Sessions

    In CrossFit, we use a wide variety of skills and movements. Often times it can feel hard to fully master a movement in the middle of a workout. That’s why we created this program! Our 30 minute skill sessions are perfect for those individuals who want to refine their skills and improve their mechanics that will take them to the next level. You’ll work one on one with one of our knowledgeable coaches for 30 minutes on a skill of your choice.

     

  • COMPETE

    COMPETE is for those of you who are interested in competing in the sport of fitness. Learn advanced tactics and tips to take with you to the competition floor. This class will push your limits, help you expand them, and get you competition ready. Coaches will also help you find and sign up for a competition to put your training to the test. Also be sure to follow the COMPETE track on BTWB.  Ask a coach about registration and details.
